Service Description
Receive a detailed written review of your creative content, music, artwork, podcast, services/business or brand (and more) featured on the Wondereum website, Facebook and Instagram. You can also submit a single project. You will never be negatively criticized or humiliated. Wondereum focuses on highlighting creativity while also uncovering potential room for growth, encouraging resilience and overall acknowledging true talent/skills! We do not currently review much AI generated content unless your work has a very creative, unique, and consistent theme and identity. Be sure to fill out the submission form and include reference inks and/or images. You can also select add-ons to your service which includes: - Podcast Shout-out for an dditional $25 - Tiktok Shout-out (video) for an additional $25 *Tiktok shout-outs are videos 3 minutes or less that are posted on Levaire's rapidly growing Tiktok profile and boosted for the world to see! (averaging 2,000 to 3,000 views and 100 to 400 likes)

Wondereum Creativity Review – Booking Policy Service Overview: Creativity Review is a detailed evaluation service where Wondereum provides in-depth feedback on creative projects, ideas, music, content, and other forms of artistic expression. This service is designed to offer insight, constructive critique, and perspective shifts to help enhance creative direction and execution. Booking Requirements: -All reviews must be booked in advance through Wondereum’s official booking platform. -Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your submission. -Clients must provide accurate contact information along with all necessary materials (files, links, descriptions, etc.) at the time of booking or shortly after. Submission Guidelines: -Clients must submit clear and accessible materials for review (e.g., audio files, video links, documents, images, or written concepts). -Incomplete or unclear submissions may delay the review process. -Wondereum reserves the right to decline submissions that are inappropriate or outside the scope of the service. Review Process & Delivery: -Reviews are conducted within a specified timeframe (typically 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated). -Clients will receive a detailed review in a digital format (video, audio, or written, depending on the service structure). -Feedback may include constructive criticism, strengths, areas for improvement, and perspective-based insights. Content Feature & Promotion: - By booking this service, clients acknowledge and agree that their submitted content and corresponding review may be featured on http://www.wondereum.com as well as Wondereum’s social media platforms. -This may include excerpts, commentary, or the full review for educational, promotional, and community engagement purposes. -If a client wishes to remain anonymous, they must request this at the time of booking. While Wondereum will make reasonable efforts to honor anonymity requests, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in all cases. Revisions & Follow-Ups: -This service includes one comprehensive review per booking. -Additional follow-up reviews or continued feedback may require booking an additional service. Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and before the review process has begun) are eligible for a full refund. -Once the review process has started, cancellations are **non-refundable**
