Cancellation Policy
Wondereum Creativity Coaching – Booking Policy Service Overview: Creative Coaching is a one-on-one, 60-minute session designed to help clients overcome creative blocks, identify limiting beliefs, and shift their perspectives regarding their creative abilities, potential, and personal expression. Booking Requirements: All sessions must be booked in advance through Wondereum’s official booking platform. -Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. -Clients must provide accurate contact information to receive confirmation and session details. Session Structure: -Each session lasts 60 minutes. -All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. -Clients will receive a Zoom link prior to their scheduled session. -Clients are encouraged to arrive prepared with specific challenges, goals, or topics they wish to explore. Rescheduling Policy: -Clients may reschedule their session with at least **24 hours’ notice** prior to the scheduled appointment time. -Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session. Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations made at least **24 hours in advance** are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are **non-refundable**. Late Arrival Policy: -Clients who arrive late will still end at the originally scheduled time. -If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund or credit. Client Responsibility: -Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment. -Active participation and openness are encouraged to receive the maximum benefit from the session.
